A HIAB crane equipped vehicle is used to deliver and lift off your container. These have a single crane arm. They are more expensive per mile to run that a truck without a crane attached but they are generally much cheaper than arranging a separate crane to to lift off your container.
Shipping and general storage aren’t the only uses for a 20ft shipping container. In fact, they can be used for a range of applications including bespoke kiosk/shop use, pubs, studios and canteens. The industries they can be used in are just as varied – construction, agriculture, firework shops and sports clubs are just some examples among many others. These models are are easily convertible, with alterations including window and door alterations, roller shutter doors, and the addition of lighting, heating and electrics: they are our most popular range due to this versatility.
This week saw us deliver two brand new 10 foot shipping container kiosks to their new location in Dublin, Ireland for a large Irish coffee shop chain. Due to Covid-19 local restrictions in the hospitality sector, there has been an huge increase in the demand for this type of portable kiosk, built within a shipping container. These kiosks are super customisable and extremely versatile as they can be picked up using our HIAB trucks and transported easily to another destination.
