What is a tandem lift? A tandem lift gives you a much higher lifting capacity than a single crane as well as offering greater stability.
We move all sorts of weird and wonderful objects with our cranes, like these pods, part of the festival logistics of a recent festival.

Factory relocation services are offered by Phelan Haulage from a single production line to a complete factory.
When we think of haulage and goods transportation, the image we create for ourselves is often that of a HGV hauling a container or standard flatbed truck with goods strapped to it. However, many goods are simply unable to be transported by such means, and hauliers along with businesses and consumers are often left scratching their heads on how they can get their consignments delivered to them.
Phelan Haulage continued the specialist transport and installation of these tall telecoms masts this week, this time near Glasgow, using the Scania member of our fleet. Our HIAB driver/operators carefully erected the telecommunications masts so that they could be installed by the site technicians. We can cover all aspects of specialist haulage and lifting with safety and ease.
Last week Phelan Haulage completed another specialist haul of two Northumberland Hut shepherd style cabins. Click below to see the image gallery of our crane assisted vehicles working together to complete last week’s move.
The latest addition to the Phelan Haulage fleet is out Scania Tractor Unit and Fassi 800 (monster!) Crane. Over-the-cab, 360 lifting.
